As an Empath this has been quite a personal experience as I have never seen any publications that address the issue of Empathic personalities. This really is the real thing, as any Empath would know.The audiobook comes with a leaflet taking you step by step through the tapes. At first I was a bit put off by the fact it was only available by audiobook, but after shutting myself away with it whilst relaxing in a bath i realised it is the best media for this subject, as it does feel more personal. Not only does it deal with reaching into yourself to find your natural ability, but it covers every aspect of life, from beginner to advanced level (as I now know as being Clairsentient)and also offers further devopment and advice with a website to support it.Karla does not claim to give you the answers, just shows you where to find them.
