Coolcamping France
| Customer Rating: | This is the best camping book EVER!! I planned my holiday this year using it and I can honestly say that my family and I had the best holiday ever. We stayed in 3 different campsites and all of them were excellent!
We bought the book for some friends who were travelling around europe and they stayed in quite a lot of the sites - they did say that not all of them were 'fabulous' but alot were (especially La Ferme in the Alps which is our 2009 holiday). |

Totally outstanding!!!
| Customer Rating: | | When my book came through the post and flicked through the pages, I actually started juming about and screaming!!! The pictures are so amazing. I was in so much excitement about the holiday I am going on this summer. I am going cycle touring in France, and this book is going to become my bible. Infact I was so impressed by it, I planned my whole route so that I could pick up as many campsites as possible. Trust me, the campsites are totally stunning, well thats if you think stunning is beautiful, rural, and peaceful campsites with breath taking views! |
A real eye-opener
| Customer Rating: | | I picked this book up more out of curiosity and a certain nostalgia for childhood camping trips than any real interest but quickly found myself thinking `I want to go there...and there...AND there...AND THERE!' There are some really interesting places in the book - not just glam camping stuff like tipis and yurts but honest-to-God, back to nature sites that remind you of what camping ought to be like. Really good photography and quirky (sometimes a bit too quirky?) writing make it a real eye-opener. Can't wait for summer and a ferry over to France! |

| Customer Rating: | These guys seriously dominate the camping book scene, and this is the best book by far out of everything I've used to plan my trip to France. I've stopped looking at my other ones cos they're boring.
The pictures are awesome and their reviews are like talking to a old mate. Totally recommend this book to anyone cool enough, and Cool Camping England is also a good buy for some awesome weekends away closer to home. |
