A very detailed and informative read on what really took place when Looney Tunes (John Haase) and the Ben Fella (Paul Bennett) defied and surprised everyone with their 'walk'. Once again Johnson seems to hit the balance between keeping the reader informed whilst still presenting a gripping story.

I look forward to a sequel if the Met investigation can actually find the other 'forces' involved in the Pardon......

Druglord - Excellent

This is a brilliant book. It's all about a massive corruption scandal involving the home secretary, drug dealers and customs and excise. It's draws you in because the gangsters tell the story in there own words and that makes it all the more scary. It's all backed up by detailed research, which can be a bit heavy at times but it's worth it. I liked it becuase it's a lot more than your usual real life crime book. It's more of an investigation into quite an astonishing story. I bought this because I loved Powder Wars by the same writer but this is ten times better.
