GREAT FOR NUTRITION ANALYSIS
Customer Rating:  Score = 4 Score = 4 Score = 4 Score = 4 Score = 4
A great little book, invaluable for calculating food intake, a must for nutrition & weight management advisers. Shame it's an old publication -would be great to see an updated version & an index would make searching easier. Wouldn't be without it.

A must have book for nutrition and dietetics students
Customer Rating:  Score = 3 Score = 3 Score = 3 Score = 3 Score = 3
This book contains portion size data for a wide range of food items and is invaluable for calculating nutritional intakes for the coursework! It generally gives small, medium, large and average protion sizes for foods included. A MAJOR shortcoming is that there is no index and some of the catagorisation of food items is not great, which can be very frustrating indeed!!! Hopefully this will be rectified in the next edition.
However, it is good for the purpose it serves and overall I would recommend this book for nutrition / nutrition and dietetics students.
