Summaries and Customer Reviews are supplied by Amazon.com Ha ha ha ha ha hee hee hee hooh hooo ha hhaa | Customer Rating: | | So funny - laugh out loud and can't put down kind of book - Just real horses! been there seen it done it and got the bruises - super! | Best book ever! | Customer Rating: | This book is definitely the best book I have ever read, it's really funny and sums up country life so well. It was amusing to follow the girl's adventures as they embarked on the world of horses and hunting, in exchange of their London life. The stories that Molly told were fabulous, they are so real! It shows that you can really achieve anything if you put your mind to it! I think that anyone should read this book, horsy or not it's great fun. I can't wait for more stories from Molly Watson! | Very Funny and a subject close to my own heart | Customer Rating: | | This a mix of cringeworthy, brave and yet also more than a little ridiculous happenings of two siblings who in an attempt to distance themselves from the ex-boyfriends go on an extravagant shopping spree to purchase a horse each and plant themselves right in the middle of rural life and more importantly enter the culture that is foxhunting. Molly Watson's accounts of her welsh mother's schemes to trap them in her web that is the family home, sabotaging their attempts to leave after christmas and selling the children's ponies as they sleep are hillarious if not a little disturbing. There is not a chapter in this book that failed to have me rolling about with the kind of laughter that makes your stomach ache. Definitely the funniest, most addictive and easy to read book that I have read in a long time. | Bridget Jones meets Jorrocks | Customer Rating: | | I thought I'd bought this book by mistake so I started reading it reluctantly: I'm glad I did! It made me chuckle and laugh out loud. It's a down-to-earth, blow-by-blow diary account of Molly and glamorous sister Bee's down-sliding into a rural life of horses, hunting, new friends and their escapades. I wish it were twice as long. It's an easy read and I look forward to more from Molly Watson. |
