Rowing Faster
Customer Rating:  Score = 5 Score = 5 Score = 5 Score = 5 Score = 5
This book provided me with excellent knowledge about how to improve my physiological and psychological sides of rowing. It goes into depth about the different types of training as well as technique in the boat. I would recommend it to anybody whos already interested in rowing. This book is very clear and has lots of valuable information about the right training for rowing.

Modern and reasoned
Customer Rating:  Score = 5 Score = 5 Score = 5 Score = 5 Score = 5
This book brings together an excellent range of highly respected rowing authorities and a cohesive and well presented format. The structure and detail are well thought out and the ideas presented are provided with a good scientific explaination, so you know why various recommendations are made. There is a bit more science than I currently want to get into in one chapter but I imagine that I'll be drawn to it later and it's nice that it's isolated there.

A terrific book for improving club athletes and beyond.
